Success for AJS at ‘Flagship’ Housing Development

‘St Crispin’, a major new-build project in Northampton by leading house builder, Wilson Connolly, has landed West Midlands-based fabricator, AJS a rolling contract to install PVCu windows and doors on the new properties.

After almost two years on site, AJS recently completed work on the development’s first phase, installing Premier Profiles’ Concept 60 window system, as well as many French and residential PVCu doors on over 50 new properties, including some four and five-bedroom homes.

On the site of an old hospital, St Crispin is one of Wilson Connolly’s flagship developments in the Midlands and will involve the construction of hundreds of new homes over the next ten years.

Premier Profiles recently secured an umbrella agreement to supply its window profile across all nine regional offices of Wilson Connolly through its nationwide network of approved commercial fabricators. The success of AJS - a Premier fabricator of over ten years - at St Crispin, is a good example of that partnership in practice.
