Glassex ’06: A Promising Start

Glassex has kicked off with a tentative, yet promising start, with figures slightly down by lunchtime yesterday but a surge of visitors later in the afternoon which should have balanced the account!

Most people we talked to reported a steady flow, and Jason Currall on the Listers/Halo stand said they were quite busy with a marked interest coming from Irish visitors.

Andy Scott at Purplex was 'overwhelmed' with individuals wanted to sign up for his seminars.

Rehau reported brisk business during the afternoon, while Plastmo and Veka were encouraged by consistent stream of visitors.

Entries Up by a Third as Conservatory Design Competition Reaches New Heights
The Glassex Conservatory Design Competition, in association with Ultraframe, was created as part of Glassex 2004.
