The Board of Directors of Glaverbel S.A. met this Thursday, 20 December 2001 to determine, among other points on the agenda, the opinion that it must give to the Banking and Finance Commission (Brussels) on the public tender offer for the shares in Glaverbel S.A. announced this Wednesday, 19 December by Asahi Glass.
