THE (VIRTUAL) PRESS 'IN THE FLESH!'

The Gl@zine will be swelling the ranks of Glassex exhibitors at this year's event in March, by taking a stand, and to further reinforce the immediacy of the industry’s newest and brightest magazine will be adopting a daily frequency for the open days of the show.

The Gl@zine stand will also feature the Gl@zone where exhibitors and visitors will be able to keep up to date with Glassex happenings, on a number of terminals in the style of an Internet café.

In addition The Gl@zine will be filming key events at the show to turn into Quick Time / Movie Player images showing action shots and these will then be posted onto The Gl@zine website.

It has been a busy week for The Gl@zine. As well as preparing our presentation at Glassex, we also attended a highly informative press day in central London, in which Deceuninck and Status Systems outlined their vision of the future.

A key element of their strategy involves the rollout of SynergeBuild, an online ordering system which connects the homeowner to the factory floor in a seamless interactive chain.

The Gl@zine was singled out during the presentation for being the first to pick up this story, in our second issue on November 20th. Don't forget folks, you read it here first!

A new 'channel' this week: SPECIAL FEATURES, which this week looks at fusing for the decorative glass market, by Bohle.

Don't forget that you can view previous issues in our ARCHIVE SECTION and this week we have introduced new archive sections for LITERATURE and FABRICATOR FOCUS in addition to the archive pages for PRODUCTS, PROJECTS, PEOPLE and CONSTRUCTION

If you are exhibiting at Glassex, or if you have other news or product information, please send us details, preferably by email, together with a suitable image (a JPEG or a PDF) to: news@theglazine.com

If you prefer to send printed matter, please use the following mailing address:
