of Book Value of German Primary Aluminium Plants

has written down the book value of its German
primary aluminium plants by approximately NOK
1.5 billion after tax due to weakened competitiveness

Turnover Increases in 2004 by 24% to 582m Euros
Group
Deceuninck achieved a turnover of 582 million euros in 2004. This represents
an increase of 24% compared to the previous financial year. The negative
impact of the currency on the turnover amounts to 2.1% on an annual basis.
Turnover for the fourth quarter amounted to 140.8 million euros while
Internal volume increased by 5.5% on an annual basis.
