Doors
Stand C023 Manufacturers of internal and external composite doors. Benchmark Doors has developed a composite door leaf in partnership with Eurocell. The two companies have worked together to develop a 60mm ABS grained skinned door leaf that looks like a timber door and is available made to measure in a choice of sixteen styles and seven colours. The glazing of the door leaf is achieved with an Auto-Plas glazing cassette that allows replacement of the double glazed unit if required, without having to replace the whole door panel. The Evolution door is also available as a complete door set incorporating the latest in high performance hardware. Fibregold doors are the latest addition to the Benchmark door range: a 44mm thick door leaf available in a range of standard colours, incorporating Millenco multi-point or rim and mortice locks and 70mm Eurocell PVC-U reinforced outer frame. They offer ‘traditional wood effect aesthetics with low maintenance technology’ and are made by bonding fibreglass skins to PVC composite rails, which surround an inner core of polyurethane foam. They are then filled with high insulating O.D.P Zero foam core, which is manufactured from CFC free polyurethane for optimum thermal performance and soundproofing.
