safety and reliability with the VERIBOR blue line range
A project team of the Construction and Trade Associations (Arge-Bau)
published a research report in 1997 about the releasing behaviour of
hand suction lifters. In response, Bohle was the first manufacturer
to develop a suction lifter which was tested by the BG and awarded the
GS safety sign, meeting the strict requirements of a proven carrying
capacity of 120 kg. After successfully introducing this pump-activated
suction lifter into the market, we are now introducing the new lever
models of the VERIBOR blue line range.
The lever-activated suction lifters of the VERIBOR blue line range are
available in models with one, two or three cups to meet the desired
application and carrying capacity. What all the models have in common
are the numerous improvements in technology and application.
The smart combination of materials provides both the strong durability
of aluminium and the user-friendly, ergonomic characteristics of the
special synthetic material for the handles and levers. At the same time
the dimensions of the handle have been increased. The special rubber
compound of the cups ensures an optimum vacuum and safe handling. All
these features are presented in a consistent and attractive patented
design.
Of course, the lever models of the VERIBOR blue line range also meet
the high safety requirements for lifting, carrying and holding. Already
during the planning and designing stages, there was a strong focus on
safety aspects. This naturally also meant testing and certification
according to the strict regulations of the TÜV (German technical
controlling institution), culminating in the TÜV / GS safety sign.
The result of these high safety requirements is the double safety factor
of the indicated load capacity, ranging from 25 kg to 100 kg.
For the protection and storage of your VERIBOR blue line suction lifters,
we not only provide suitable packaging, but also offer the option to
purchase sets (storage case with 2 suction lifters) for long-term safe
storage. The detailed manufacturer's information in 6 languages leaves
no question unanswered regarding function, application or care of the
VERIBOR blue line suction lifters.
All these characteristics make working with the suction lifters of the
VERIBOR blue line range even easier, safer and more efficient. To put
it in a nutshell: proven quality in a new design with many improved
features. And to top it all off, Bohle has succeeded in keeping the
prices of this innovative range of safety suction lifters stable, and
in some cases could even reduce them significantly. So there are many
good reasons to use the suction lifters of the VERIBOR blue line range.
The market introduction will take place in steps, beginning with the
German and European markets.
Bohle
introduces new Telum Diamond Belts
Stands
A040 and A044
Bohle has had a successful few years now introducing its range of sophisticated
Belt Grinding machines into the UK. One of the key selling points of
these models has been the twin speed or variable speed models which
allow the use of diamond abrasive belts for very fast grinding, 3 models
of which will be showcased at Glassex 2002.
Bohle has now introduced an advanced range of what they call 'industrial
quality' diamond belts which carry a unique diamond pattern proven in
extensive tests to be highly effective.

Nelson Graham, Machinery Sales Manager, tests
out the new
Telum belts now available from Bohle
Know
as Telum, these belts are made to strict performance standards and are
ideally designed to run on Bohle machines whos short belt design ensure
maximum lifespan and grinding results, claim Bohle.
Gary Dean says 'Telum belts are extremely effective at rapid grinding
and are ideal to work with thicker glasses or on twin belt machines
where high output is essential. We are very pleased to have this addition
to our range.'
At the same time Bohle have also introduced the Bohle 'Flexis' Diamond
Belts which they call 'standard quality', these belts are an economical
introduction to the world of long-life span diamond belts for abrasive
belt machines. Added Gary 'this range offers excellent value for money
from diamond belts, they are made to the same high standard as our Telum
belts, indeed they use the same support carrier material, but are not
quite as aggressive in grinding- we have a very large range of sizes
available, not just for our machines, but also long belt machines such
as Ashtons, and automatic machines from Lisec -and, due to our volumes
of diamond sales across Europe, they are keenly priced'
Bohle have signalled their intention to further develop their glass
processing machinery range utlising Diamond Belts with the recent introduction
of their mid-price 2 speed twin belt machine especially designed for
high volume arrissing to feed toughening plants.

puts arissing out front
Stands
A040 and A044
March
2002 will see Bohle UK make their biggest presence felt yet at Glassex
with 2 stands, one of which will be 100m2.
The company, who has year on year since 1998 increased their stand sizes,
are known for having an extremely active stand and drawing in the crowds.
This year they will have 2 large demonstration areas focused on new glass
cutting and glass bonding products, plus 3 further demonstration areas
for scratch removal, art glass products and lifters. Bohle's commitment
to glass processing machinery continues with 3 popular grinding and drilling
machines on the main stand, and a separate stand next to the pre-registered
visitor entrance given over to showcase the latest Twin-Belt arrising
machine.
Gary Dean, Bohle's UK Managing Director, told us 'we decided that the
Twin-Belt machine was a very impressive sight on its own, and this new
mid-price model is so feature packed that to put alongside other items,
on our large and very busy looking stand, would not do it justice. So,
we decided to let everyone see it in its own glory and dedicate a stand
solely to this machine'.
Bohle has also said that several new products will be officially launched
at the show, but will not say more: 'we have a few important new developments
up our sleeve and want maximum impact by keeping quiet until the show
- however, any visitor to the Bohle stand will certainly go away with
new things to talk about'
