Combilift Ltd, the lrish manufacturers of the world's first engine powered multi-directional forklift, will be exhibiting two new models at Glassex 2002. The LPG or diesel powered Combilifts were designed primarily for handling long loads in confined spaces inside and out, on semi rough terrain, and in harsh weather conditions. With 4-way travel and excellent manoeuvrability, they can operate in aisles as narrow as 2m, allowing manufacturers to make space savings in their storage facilities.

The new series II 4-tonne capacity C4000 model features a joystick directional control lever and a new 3 litre engine for faster travel speed and increased auxiliary hydraulic speeds. For increased visibility the LPG bottle is now positioned under the driver's seat.

The new C2500 is a smaller all wheel drive machine with a capacity of 2,500kg. This will be of particular interest for those requiring the Combilift versatility to handle lighter loads inside & out.
