DAVID
SALISBURY LEADS TIMBER CONSERVATORY CHALLENGE
Stand F072
With
recent reports indicating a resurgence in interest in quality bespoke
timber conservatories, David Salisbury have booked to exhibit at Glassex
2002 as a key component of their trade marketing strategy for the coming
year.
With year-on-year sales growing by 15-20% annually, David Salisbury
is now one of the largest hardwood conservatory manufacturers in Britain
and believed to be the largest manufacturer and installer of bespoke
timber conservatories and orangeries.
David Salisbury have recently completed the successful relocation into
a purpose built 25,000 ft2 office and factory complex alongside the
M5 motorway in Highbridge, Somerset. This will enable the company to
concentrate on developing further its trade business in particular
the extension of its existing installer network outwards from the South
West, London and the Home Counties into the Midlands and the North.
David Salisbury will be exhibiting the unique features of its bespoke
designs, which have contributed to its growing market success, and its
ability to satisfy the strictest planning requirements in conservation
and heritage areas. David Salisbury have specialised in supplying conservatories
and orangeries to owners of period and listed properties - this sector
of the market continues to show good growth but is one in which relatively
few manufacturers seem interested in satisfying either the market or
planning needs.
David Salisbury, who have won numerous industry awards in the past,
will be on stand F072 in Hall 6. Gary Edgecombe, the companys
Director of Sales and Operations commented, 'Our return to exhibiting
at Glassex demonstrates our commitment to the trade market. Our strategy
is to identify installers with the right skills and capabilities and
willing to develop long term alliances to exploit this highly profitable
market with us'.
