Irish
Fenestration & Glazing Show 2002
Stand E036
Exhibition organiser, Mike Gray, reported a good response from a large
number of 2001 exhibitors and is confident that many will be there again.
'We are constantly working on improvements to the still booming Irish
building sector,' he said. 'The show is the only one of its type in
Ireland and we will pitch it at those specialising in the windows, doors,
conservatory and glass markets.'
Those delighted with the leads at the exhibition included Gary Dean
of Bohle. 'It was very good for us and we'll certainly be returning
next year.'
Catherine Hogan, head of media relations at the Glass and Glazing Federation
(GGF) also gave a positive response. 'We used the show as a platform
to recruit members. During the exhibition we had a ceremony in town
involving the Lord Mayor of Dublin and our president, Greg O'Donoghue,
to welcome our first Irish member, Michael Flynn. We are actively pursuing
30 expressions of interest from visitors to the stand.'
Linda Tomb of New World Developments stated, 'It was the best show yet
for us, we were simply delighted by how busy the stand was.'
David Salt, marketing director of Eurocell, was another satisfied customer.
'We were making our debut at the show, and it was important for us as
a systems company to be able to make a number of new leads in our drive
to increase our presence in Ireland. We achieved that.'
'It was a great show for us and it generated a good number of leads,'
commented Ellie Gamble of Ritec International.
'With such good response, I am convinced that next year's exhibition
will be even more successful with even more promotional ideas in the
pipeline.' said Mike Gray
The Irish Fenestration & Glazing Show 2002 will be held on Friday
